You want to make sure that you’re taking advantage of the tools that Google offers its users. The Google Keyword Tool, is one of the places that I being when starting to research new niches. Google Insights and Google Trends also give you great information about trends and what may be profitable niches to develop.

Keyword Optimizer Pro

I love this tool, especially since it’s FREE (at least for now.) Keyword Optimizer Pro is a unique software that allows you to uncover profitable niche keywords in just minutes. I’ve used this great tool to get the creative juices flowing when I’ve been stuck looking for a new niche.

Outsourcing

One of the great tools for moving your business ahead is learning how to outsource. I have used Odesk to have header graphics created and web content written. You certainly have to be careful when outsourcing, making sure that your directions are crystal clear, and that you are comfortable with your hire. Another site which can provide good outsourcing is GigMe5, where people are willing to do tasks for only $5.00. Again, I have to warn you to be cautious. I tend to make sure that on either site, the reviews for the person are good, and if possible to see a portfolio or samples of their work.

Clickbank Tools

Clickbank offers you the opportunity to promote other peoples products in a huge range of niches. This is great if you’re just getting started and not sure which direction to move. You can use other tools such as Clickbank Trends and CB Engine to get more information about the products that you are considering promoting. So even if you don’t have your own product, there are always opportunities using other marketers products.
